Welcome! We kindly ask that you treat this residence with the same care and respect you would your own home. Please take note of the following guidelines:

Reservation Policies

To maintain a peaceful environment, we do not host groups consisting entirely of individuals aged 21 or younger without prior written approval. Failure to obtain approval may result in the cancellation of your reservation and applicable fees.

Local residents must seek pre-approval before booking to prevent the misuse of our properties for gatherings.

Door codes will be provided exclusively to the individual who made the reservation, along with a valid government-issued photo ID.

All guests, including visitors who will be in the residence or building at any time, must be included in the reservation count. For example, if six people plan to be in the unit, but only two will sleep overnight, please select a guest count of "6" during booking. Any undisclosed guests may lead to immediate reservation termination and charges for any damages found during our inspection.

Guest Behavior & Property Use

5. Parties and events are strictly prohibited to respect our neighbors’ rights. Any violation of this policy will result in immediate reservation termination and charges for any damages incurred.

6. The property may not be used for commercial purposes or special occasions (such as weddings, bachelor parties, birthdays, commercials, bridal showers, or photoshoots) without prior approval. Please notify us in advance to discuss your request; failure to do so may result in reservation termination and applicable fees.

7. Our property is smoke-free, vaping-free, and drug-free. Smoking, vaping, or drug use detected within the unit or common areas will result in immediate reservation termination and charges for any damages. A $3000 fee will be charged for odor removal if cigarette, vaping, or drug odors are detected.

8. Pets are allowed at certain properties with an additional fee. Pets must not be allowed on beds or furniture. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and will be charged for any damages caused by them.

9. Please observe quiet hours starting at 10:00 PM. Excessive noise or loud music reported by neighbors or building management may result in immediate reservation termination and charges for any damages.

Check-Out & Maintenance Policies

10. Ensure timely check-out to avoid any inconvenience fee. A $150 fee will be charged for guests remaining on the properties an hour after check out time and an additional night if guests are still on properties 2 hours after check out time. This allows our cleaners to prepare for the next guest. Please request early check-in or late check-out in advance.

11. Guests are assured of a clean and functional space upon arrival. While we cannot offer refunds for issues beyond our control (such as power outages or internet disruptions), we will promptly address any problems within our purview. Guests are responsible for promptly notifying us of any issues. No refunds or compensation will be provided for issues resolved within a reasonable timeframe. Guests are liable for repair costs resulting from their actions or failure to report issues promptly.

Safety & Environmental Policies

12. Guests assume full responsibility for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses occurring on the premises or facilities. By accepting this reservation, guests acknowledge and assume all risks associated with their use of the property. Guests may wish to obtain personal insurance coverage for additional protection.

13. In properties located in wooded areas, encounters with wildlife (including insects) are possible. While we employ regular pest control services, we cannot guarantee against occasional critters or offer refunds for their presence. Guests can help by keeping doors closed, disposing of trash properly, and storing food responsibly. Promptly inform us via the booking site’s Direct Message (DM) system of any pest issues for swift resolution. Please note that we do not manage neighboring properties and cannot be held responsible for their maintenance.

Before you check out please...
